2012. Jan: Invited Keynote Speaker for 32nd EARSeL Symposium (May 2012).

2011. Nov: Paper accepted on super-resolution mapping.

2011. Sep: Two papers accepted, an educational paper on teaching RS and a paper on personalized geospatial queries.

2011. Aug: Teaching starts with Surveying and Spatial Analysis courses for Fall 2011.

2011. Aug: Collaborative paper accepted in Journal of Environmental Modelling & Software.

2011. May: Paper on urban growth modeling accepted in the Journal of Geographic Information System.

2011. Apr: Our undergraduate students presented their space balloon course project at the 2011 National Conference on Undergraduate Research.

2011. Mar: Paper on impervious surface classification accepted in the ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
