2011. May: Paper on urban growth modeling accepted in the Journal of Geographic Information System.

2011. Apr: Our undergraduate students presented their space balloon course project at the 2011 National Conference on Undergraduate Research.

2011. Mar: Paper on impervious surface classification accepted in the ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

2011. Jan: Teaching this semester includes a remote sensing course and a digital image analysis course.

2010. Dec: Paper accepted on impervious surface detection under missing spectral information (RSE journal).

2010. Nov: A review paper on SVM methods was accepted in the ISPRS journal.
